We have a new playable and immersive production coming out soon that is based within the online storytelling universe of the SCP Foundation. Although having been popular online for over a decade, and potentially holding the title of the largest collaborative work of fiction in history, a lot of people have still never come into contact with the story of the SCP Foundation, at least not knowingly. We decided to put some resources together to help you understand the universe of the show in more detail and decide if you wanna come along and experience the story in person. Our immersive experience will be darkly comic, entertaining for everyone regardless of their prior experience with the story, and will allow you to meaningfully effect the direction of the narrative. The audience, a group of new recruits to The Foundation, have to try and survive a containment breach scenario where a murderous SCP escapes and needs identifying and either recapturing or neutralising
Simply put, the SCP Foundation is a secret organisation that secures, contains, and protects supernatural or paranormal entities. These entities could be people, places, or things. They could be harmless or apocalyptic, logical or surreal, and everything in between. The Foundation imprisons these entities to stop their potentially world ending effects from bringing about the end of humanity, while also studying them to try and understand how they work, who made them, and why they're sudden appearing in our reality. The universe straddles the boundary between Horror, Sci-Fi, and Fantasy, with equal parts comedy and tragedy spread throughout all the stories that make up the world.
