We have some upcoming opportunities over the next few months and we are looking for performers to come work with us on them. If you aren’t a performer, but want to get involved still, get in touch anyway and we’ll see what we can do!
February - We are holding a rehearsed reading of a new immersive adaptation of Medea. Written and directed by Megan Gates, we’ll be holding this in the late-afternoon of Friday February 18th in Nottingham. We are looking for performers for the read through, and any performers are welcome.
March - We are developing an immersive and playable show based on the SCP Foundation, called Secure. Contain. Protect., that is scheduled to be performed in London on Wednesday, March 16th. We will be developing the show in the East Midlands, and we are looking for performers, ideally with improv or playable theatre experience.
April - We are holding a rehearsed reading of a play about children’s mental health, called The Road to Happiness, in London in mid-April. The play is written by Tom Proffitt and the venue and specific date is to be confirmed. We are looking for performers for the read through, and any performers are welcome.
If you’re interested in one of the roles above, message us on socials or email us at chronicinsanitytheatre@gmail.com. All roles will be paid at rates equivalent to union minimums. Please get in touch before the end of the week (23:59 January 30th) with an expression of interest and we’ll be back in touch the week after. If you get in touch, we will either work with you now, or look at how we can work with you in the future. There will be no straight rejections from this call out.
